RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

If you are unhappy with your Artisan Cutlery or CJRB purchase you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price of the item within 30 days of purchase. Items returned in this way must be in new condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Items purchased outside of the 30-day window may be returned after an assessment of your case by our warranty department. Defective products, incorrect items, and products damaged upon arrival may be returned within the same 30-day period for a replacement. 
 
RETURN & EXCHANGES 
We guarantee our knives to be free from defects in materials and workmanship with a limited lifetime warranty. We do not provide warranty for lost, damaged products due to abuse, neglect, misuse, accident or improper blade sharpening. Repairs to your knives by any source other than ArtisanCutlery Inc. will unconditionally void the knife's warranty. Disassembly will void the warranty.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

  • Your issue with your item
  • The model number of the item
  • A picture of the item (with pictures of the damage if requested)
  • Your name and address
RETURN (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY) 
International transportation is relatively complex. If you want to return knives, you need to charge of all the return fee. In addition, you need to find a logistics company to return the products.

REFUNDS
If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s). To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the completion of  Artisan Cutlery’s return process. This process may take several weeks to complete. Please follow the instructions below to return your Product.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  service@artisancutlery.net
