We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

If you are unhappy with your Artisan Cutlery or CJRB purchase you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price of the item within 30 days of purchase. Items returned in this way must be in new condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Items purchased outside of the 30-day window may be returned after an assessment of your case by our warranty department. Defective products, incorrect items, and products damaged upon arrival may be returned within the same 30-day period for a replacement. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging. Refunds will be processed through PayPal.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. (e.g., no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Artisan Cutlery’s judgment of the state of the Products. Artisan Cutlery reserves the right to refuse any returns. Artisan Cutlery may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products prior to accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by Sl4u may result in Artisan Cutlery’s refusal to return. Failure to complete the returns process within 1 week of being provided instructions from Artisan Cutlery may result in Artisan Cutlery’s refusal to return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the completion of  Artisan Cutlery’s return process.
