Shipping Details
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all domestic US orders. If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: We typically process and ship orders within 2 business days. Please note that our shipping department is closed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and US Federal Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the following business day.
Q: Which carrier do you use?
A: We primarily use USPS for our shipments. If you prefer to use FedEx, please contact us prior to placing your order to make arrangements.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order is prepared for shipment or has left our facility, we cannot change the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Returns Details
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging included.
- Fees: US returns typically incur a $5 return shipping/handling fee, but there is generally no restocking fee for items in new condition.
Q: What if I receive a defective item?
A: We stand by our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days (or within 14 days for immediate DOA claims) to arrange a free replacement or refund.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 2 weeks.
Warranty & Service
Q: What is the warranty on your knives?
A: Artisan Cutlery offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
Q: What is NOT covered by the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, improper sharpening, or disassembly. Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Artisan Cutlery will void the warranty.
Q: How do I request warranty service?
A: If you have an issue with your product, please email us at service@artisancutlery.net. Please include:
- A description of the issue.
- The product model name/number.
- Clear photos of the knife (and the specific defect).
- Your full name and current shipping address.
